This type of massage is for those who are active and exercise frequently. The focus is definitely NOT to relax. the Therapist will use a variety of techniques to achieve the best possible results. The use of assisted stretching may also be incorporated in the session. As a result, loose clothing is recommended.
Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is the use of direct pressure on a specific muscle to release tension and constriction. Comparable to acupressure, trigger point therapy does not focus on the meridians of the body. Instead, it is specifically designed to relieve the source of pain and restore loss of function.

Prenatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
I ask that all mothers-to-be are at least in their second trimester before booking an appointment.
